Car rental rip off/scam
Rented car through ryanair in menorca Airport. Minibus to RecordGo rentals in an industrial estate.
Having paid insurance when booking was then told I needed to pay additional insurance £150 if I refused pay £1100 deposit!!!
Car was dirty, scratches and scuffs so took lots of pictures before getting inuo car.....total scam by ryanair!
