Horrible! Had to cancel our booking due a flight change by Ryanair itself. Took more than a month to get the refund. I contacted their servicedesk so many times to get our money back. The servicedesk was amateurish. They promised me so many times that refund will be in on my bank account within 5 working days. Eventually after I threatened them to get my money back via the creditcard company they finally processed the refund.
