After not receiving my ordered item I initially gave a one star review. Within minutes I received a call from Caravanmods, undertaking to send a replacement item and a gift and offering sincere apologies. Within a day I have received notification that my replacement is on the way. I believe the problem is with Australia Post and Caravanmods' response is certainly over and above. I have therefore changed my rating to 5
