I have terminated my agreement in writing after a phone call on how to do this. I am now faced with a cancellation fee after over 15 years of using them. I am at home nursing my terminally sick husband with no money coming in and they are threatening me with bailiffs. I have not signed anything to tie me to them since the first agreement. They are saying otherwise! This company are criminals with no compassion.
