I chose a care Sourcer I wanted but I couldn’t get through to them so I left a message. No one called back so I telephoned the help number and soon I got a call from them. The carer came to visit and was very nice but then said the rate specified was an introductory offer and that it will increase by up to £2. I thought that was misleading and had I known I would have contacted another company.
