This company does not have personal response. they only respond automatically. I should have received the product since July 13-22, but they only sent the product by ordinary mail and they should´ve sent it via DHL or Fedex, as they know all the Customs requirements needed. So, on October 6 Mexico´s Mail Customs returned it because it was not suitable to enter Mexico, and I have not received my money back. I have read on all reviews that Carethy does not refund your money, they only give "points" to buy again with them; which I consider a Fraud. If I have ordered it by Amazon, the process would´ve been very different. By now, I only have to say that I do not recommend this platform at all. Very poor performance.
