Firstly, their platform for payment got my payment, but i could not see my order was paid!
Then, after three week I received the items and:
The package was damaged, shampoo was open, it flowed in the parcel and almost empty. It also made my expensive carpet dirty. It was not packed well.
Also the invoice was less than I paid!!!
This is not acceptable.!!!
