Scam outfit, took out annual car hire excess insurance not knowing somewhere hidden in the small print is an autorenewal clause, roll on 12 months, spent a some time in hospital, didn't read my emails, found £50.99 charge put onto my credit card, complained to awful customer service who give standard reply "your out of the cooling off period". Don't get scammed like me and get your excess insurance elsewhere
