On Thursday the 25th I placed a substantial order on the Carluccio website as the website said it could take five days to process orders and these were to be Christmas gifts. No mention was made on their website of any pending Black Friday Sale, which most sites do. Today Friday they announce the sale. I contacted them making these points and asked that in the interest of good customer relations would they apply the discount. I received nothing but curt unapologic replies. This is order #109240. Not the Christmas spirit one would hope for.
