The car mats arrived within the stated time period. They were of a good quality but unfortunately they didn't fit. I e-mailed the company and was told that the factory must have sent out wrong item which was miss labelled. I was told to keep the mats I I had been sent and they arranged for the correct mats to be made and sent out.
I now have the mats and they seem to be well made and fit my car.
A test of a company is often how they resolve a problem and this was resolved quickly and easily.
