Hi I bought car mats and mainly dealt with Helen. I altered the order by changing the name on them and unfortunately they arrived with the original name on. I contacted Helen and immediately got an apology and new mats were sent out in a very short time. I love the mats, they look great and they are good quality. I have recommended this company and my sister has now bought mats from them too.
