My order had not arrived in a timely manner. I called customer service, and they immediately issued another order for me, and had no charge. In a couple of weeks I received a total of two boxes, and I called customer service to ask them how much I owed them. They would not take any money for the extra box. I think this is excellent customer service, and I will continue to order from this company.
