worst experience - bought the most expensive carpet in store £39.99 per square meter + most expensive underlay in store for stairs, waited a week to be fitted - the fitter attended and gave excellent advise, the carpet wouldn't look good as the turn on the stair - i paid £355.00 + £45 for fitting for 12 steps!!!...after speaking to croydon manager that i would have to pay extra £160.00 to match the pattern, - weak response from croydon store manager apparently no ones fault, but i have to pay extra £160.00 making total of £515.00 for 12 steps!!! - miss sold by lazy sales person - who didn't even seemed bothered to be serve me - seemed like he was after his commission only - now i have to wait for outcome....
