Absolutely awful, bought some Christmas gifts on 26 November 2020 and still not sign of them (today 20 December 2020). Tried contacting Carrolls numerous times and only got one response on 17 December 2020 saying they will follow up. I am trying to find out if gifts will arrive before Christmas. If they don't I will have to buy new presents. I would never buy anything from this website again.
