Car picked up on time and driver was polite and professional. However the girl who called me called Celine, who called to confirm the pick up was extremely rude and sarcastic. Perhaps you need to retrain your callers and give them a few lessons in polite and professional customer service because this girl Celine/Selene really lets your company down.
