I was told by a member of staff that their own brand of cartridge would work in my printer and it was around half the price of the Epson brand, never again will I use their own brand or Cartridge Save as Ive now got to wait another 24 hours before I can get my printer working. Soooo frustrated that I was lied to and never going to use these people again. VERY POOR SERVICE!!
