Very easy and seamless process in sending in my old laptop. Was happy with the quotation provided, but even more so when I heard back advising a higher amount would be provided based on the condition. First time ever using such a service and 'Cash In Your Gadgets' seemed to offer the best when gaining quotes from other similar companies.
