I had a great service from this company and it was completely straightforward and painless. I had two old laptops that were in good condition, but just lying around unused and I looked around online and got the beat off from CAYG. They got picked up by DPD promptly and after being kept informed of progress, a few days later I had an email saying they were going to give me slightly more for one of my laptops as it was better than expected. The money then arrived that same night in my account, great!
