Excellent process. Was quoted £85 for my old laptop. The courier arrived within the time slot promised, and I received a timely confirmation email once the laptop had been delivered, and again once the memory/storage was wiped. The next day, I received an email to say the money would be in my account within 2 hours. The money was paid in an hour later. I would recommend
