All was fine - the laptop was collected on time and I was informed that it had safely arrived and the testing progress had begun. Unfortunately my laptop was dealt with considerably less speed than advertised. It has taken 12 days between collection and payment. I understand that there can be delays, but if there was an issue I feel I should have been contacted. No response to my query yesterday other than the transaction suddenly being completed today. Perhaps a coincidence. All in all I would recommend, but only if you will not be relying on money arriving on a certain date.
