Very straightforward service. Pick up went smoothly. I was a little apprehensive about using the service as had never done anything like this before but my fears were unfounded. I spoke with customer services who were very helpful and answered any queries I had. I think recycling my old laptop was a great idea and I would encourage others to do the same.
