They offered me an excellent price for an old laptop I was going to get rid of anyway, collection was all arranged by CIYG for the next day and exact quoted price was transferred to my bank account in 48 hrs, nil deductions/hassle involved, brilliant service, will definitely use again, am glad the laptop or at least parts of it can be re-used so less waste
P.S. I had a lot of questions as this was the first time I had used the service but must say that Ashley at CIYG answered all my queries and was a great help, top job
