I am sure I will be happy when the product arrives, but I left specific instructions to leave the product if no one was home, but they failed to do so. THe sent a message to tell me they were unable to deliver and now I cannot get hold of the stupid courier. Not your fault, but not a good experience when I am in a hurry to receive it!
