The following morning when I logged on the price had increased by virtually £100.00 ! I then called and spoke to a lady who then spun me a line about prices fluctuating day by day which is basically rubbish, you are just following Sleazy Jet or Ryan Air of jacking the price closer to the expiring date of the previous policy. She then spoke to another member of your staff and agreed to proceed at the price quoted the previous evening. While I understand I think it is just a cheap trick which leaves a slightly sour taste and that is before you have even taken my money. I am also surprised that 6 days later I still have not received any documentation either by email or post.
