Not impressed so far! I was unable to register my account and view my documents using the information given by the company. Had to phone several times and listen to a long message before speaking to an operator who advised that the link was not working properly, after ringing again I was told I should check I am entering my postcode correctly (?). Needless to say after finally being given my policy number I was able to log in, all this under the duress off 'urgently logging on to provide important information to avoid my policy being cancelled'. I was then phoned in the middle of the working day to 'check a few details'. As I clearly stated my occupation on the form I would expect to be contacted outside of my working hours. All this doesn't give me confidence if I should have to make a claim.
