Two days after taking out the cover, I was called by a friendly, native-English speaking, customer service advisor, who confirmed Castle's receipt of my NCD proof and then discussed the excess and options. He made a brief attempt to "upsell" options I hadn't selected, but was not at all pushy. He asked if I had any queries and assured me that, if I had any in the future, they would be happy to help. My experience with Castle so far has been excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
