A very nice young man organised my policy, he was very thorough, explaining everything well as we went through the stages of the policy, making sure I understood everything. we concluded the application, and I bought the policy. After the call was ended, he rang back a few moments later to check on something he felt he had omitted, or hadn;t explained properly. Altogether, a very friendly, efficient young man.
