I just hope you will be the first organisation to re-introduce a scheme which is aimed at retaining loyal customers, rather than attracting new ones through discounts which are financed by unexplained increases in your existing customer base. I'm fairly sure no one enjoys the annual ritual of automatically implied distrust when it comes to viewing renewal invitations. Keep it honest, transparent and, above all, fair to those who deserve it! This could save us all valuable time and money.
I am unable to comment further, at this stage, other than disagree with £25 administration charges for minor alterations to documents.
