You have the audacity to ask for a renewal premium of £640 for my car insurance, when I can find the same cover for £390 with a high street name.
I feel that this is just taking advantage of a loyal customer, who is old and you therefore think is not likely to change insurers.
In short you are nothing but a bunch of crooks, and I will not be renewing my car insurance with you.
Also when my Buildings & Contents cover comes up for renewal, I will be looking for alternative cover, as I can not trust Castle Cover anymore
