Yes Castle cover were good at dealing with claims and very efficient on the phone dealing with the claims, however they then followed this up with a massive rise in premium although I had protected no claims and wouldn't reduce the premium by much when asked why it had gone up £150.00 in a year and the excess from £100 to £225
So I left them and got replacement identical insurance with £100 excess for half, yes HALF the premium cost
