online transaction completed without any problems because the motor insurance layout was in an easily understandable format with additional "add ons" readily accessible. Transaction was completed without hitch including acceptance of NCD which was forwarded as attachment to email. I would question whether the follow up telephone was really necessary but was conducted politely therefore no hassle.
