I paid the renewal fee by credit card.When I received the policy papers it stated that the payments would be taken by monthly direct debits.
On contacting Castle Cover they confirmed the full payment had been taken and would cancel the DD.
I asked a further question and was told the information was on page 18. I pointed out that my documents ended at page 10 !! I asked to be sent the correct papers. After 7 days I am still waiting for the correct papers !!
