I have been a customer for quite a while, the last two calls to renew have been a pain, I have silly quotes for contents. I rang to renew to explain this and the man went to see his manager and said he would be a couple of minutes, 15 minutes later, had not returned I got fed up and ended the call. next day tried again different person, tried to explain but same thing got to see manager, came back to say she had to ring head office so took my number and said she would ring back witch she did and was told yes quote wrong anyhow I did renew but if it happens next time I will think about finding another company. I have to say that up to these last two years I have had no problems.
