My first ever claim in my life and I was mortified when it was simply the door being grabbed by high winds and flipped back causing so much damage, on a New Years walk on the moors. Castle Cover Insurance were simple to contact excellent to talk to and the car was picked up, a courtesy car provided and repaired and returned in good time, especially considering that the new model required a new door from Fiat in Italy. The car was only two years old and is perfectly repaired. I was quite overwhelmed by the courtesy and efficiency of the company, when I needed them.
