Worked in the Utilities industry for over 10 year. Castle Water are, without doubt, the worst supplier I have had the misfortune of dealing with.
Billing clients up to 1 year in advance and disconnecting vulnerable customers is a disgusting business model. They should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.
