Was sent a bill and then a few days later a letter to say the direct Debit we had set up with them had 'expired'. No warning of this. Sent a new direct debit form to them via email and a week later received a red 'Your payment is overdue' letter. Yes it is overdue because they cancelled the original Direct Debit. No good trying to call them as nobody answers the phone. Hopeless company.
