As per the comments below; they are trying to charge me for a bill which doesn't relate to me. I purchased the property on 3 Sept 2021 and they want me to pay a bill from 1 Jan 2021 - Aug 2021!?!?
Sent emails to CEO, customer service etc... None have been responded to.
They keep sending threatening letters etc... Anyway, i will ignore all from now. They can take me to court if they like!
Had similar problems with them in 2017. Took 4 years to resolve.
The most retarded company i have ever dealt with. I cannot believe a firm like this is allowed to operate something as important as mains water in the UK.
