I posted a review on Trustpilot, but then realised that the 4.6 star average rating for a water company looked wildly out of place. I reviewed a few of the comments and there are a remarkable number of single review 5 star comments (with no business names) and one that has several 10s which are just copy pasted every month.
This site looks more like my experience.
Avoid if possible.
