i have had to request our water bill 4 times now, and still have not received it.
As soon as your bill is not paid, they put you on the bad payer list with Experian
I am told to go to my online account. I dont have an online account.

It amazes me how the overdue letter comes out quick enough in paper form.
YES WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH. AND NEVER ANSWER EMAILS.
