COMPLETE CROOKS. Going round in circles, nothing ever solved. Being charged over £4000 in water bills for the last 2 years of using a small artist studio (another tenant on my floor only pays £200 a year for the same size space and water usage). They are threatening debt collection, but won't answer calls or emails to have the extortionate bills re-assessed. Extremely stressful as they are impossible to get through to and send increasingly threatening letters....
Avoid them at all costs
