If I could post a -10 review I would.
In 2 days time I will have a complaint outstanding for 365 days. 12 months, 52 weeks, 1 whole year. And perversely I’ve never been a commercial customer, a remnant of a tenant vacating. I’m a residential owner. yet they intend to pursue their claim through a Debt collector.
If it wasn’t so infuriating the fact the amount is for £980.50 for ZERO usage is an abuse of power. Post Office comes to mind.
