Dear Castle Water,
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from your company. Despite making timely payments, I have been subjected to threatening letters from the credit agency. After contacting your customer service, it was revealed that my payment was not properly allocated, yet I am still being held responsible for this mistake.
All this billing is effecting me personally on a mental level.
Furthermore, I was informed that, according to your terms and conditions, it is my responsibility to read the meters. This lack of accountability on your part is unacceptable.
I am deeply troubled by the behavior displayed by your company. It appears that you engage in bullying tactics and discriminate against small bussiness This is a serious concern that should be addressed immediately.
I expect a prompt response and a resolution to these issues.
