Simply appalling company. I closed our account with them in June 2023. Still, in May 2024 they are sending bills and have engaged a debt collection agency to recover 'unpaid bills' when we pay Thames water every month for our water! Avoid, avoid and if you have an account close it. I am closing all of our accounts with Castle Water. Mark Holloway.
