My billing was changed from 6 monthly to monthly without informing me or my authority.
No letters were received although Castle Water stated it changed its system on the 24th August 23. My monthly bill of £26 quickly turned into penalties of over £600.
The arrogant attitude and incompetence of the call centre staff has not helped. This a loan shark company masquerading as a water company whereas I found out it is just a middle man retailer. The regulator needs to stop them asap
