Worst water supply company in the UK
They just play games, waste your time, and do whatever it takes to add unnecessary charges on your bill
Speaking to customer services is pointless, and next call they deny that they already spoke with you before, they give you false information to get you to pay recovery charges.
Huge mistake switching to their company
£1,089.94 is my 6 months bill for a small office that has a toilet only.
