Terrible service ,no respect,, waste your time, and do whatever it takes to add unnecessary charges on your bill such as DEBIT RECOVERY CHARGES £329 AND LATE PATMENT CHARGES £55 for what ??????
Speaking to customer services is pointless, and next call they deny that they already spoke with you before, they give you false information to get you to pay recovery charges.
Huge mistake switching to their company
£1800 is my bill which is 85% overcharges for a small retail shop that has a toilet only.”
