They changed my water supply from Thames water to castle water without noticing me. I was a student at that time, but they set me in a business account, charge me 300pound a month. When I send them all the documents that prove I do not own a business at that property, and do not live at the place anymore. They just ignored my email, and keep sending me bills.
They are purely bullys.
