1. This company is a disgrace and need to be taken to court, I received a water bill for January to August for over £2,000 my salon only has a toilet so I was confused why my bill was so high I asked them to investigate and they didn’t investigate and ended up billing me £4000 for a water bill, the only water getting used is a toilet, I moved company and they still tried to bill me over £200 for a week of water.
2. The staff are no help whatsoever
We all need to get together and take this company down they can’t keep trying to con people
