They have the worst customer care and they just want to charge you extra money.
My mum passed away and their line was not working for payment how ever I keep trying and the system took my payment but not providing any refrence so I thought it has not been going throgh.
They made me to pay £650 however my bill was just around 220
And they are not helping at all
