Terrible,inept service and appalling communication skills UNLESS they are chasing you for money!
They messed up our billing, told me we were 18K in credit and suggested that we could request a refund.
Nothing heard until I contacted them today. No apology . Apparently now they dont owe us any money and we owe them £2 !
Just waiting for the daily intimidating phone calls chasing that! Awful experience every time !
